Factory Berlin hosted the Forbes 30 Under 30 DACH Summit, turning Factory Berlin into the meeting point for more than 300 of the most promising founders, creatives, scientists, and change-makers. The event, which took place on the 4th and 5th of December was nothing short of successful, shaped by exceptional talent from all backgrounds, exactly the kind of people Factory Berlin now builds for. Let’s not forget the legendary speakers and iconic celebrity appearances on the pink carpet.
This event marked an important step in Factory Berlin’s evolution from coworking and community into a Neo Company Builder a model focused on building and scaling companies directly for founders and artists. CEO Stefan Krause described the partnership as both a recognition of Factory’s trajectory and proof that the European market is hungry and ready for new models of venture building.
The panels and talks addressed both the inspiring and the challenging realities of being an entrepreneur today: from founder journeys shaped by pressure and resilience to creator-led entrepreneurship and shifting market expectations. Voices from completely different worlds came together, offering honest perspectives and lived experience. Together, we captured the bigger theme of the summit: rethinking what innovation and entrepreneurship look like today and what Europe really needs.
The award show brought together exceptional talent from across creative, cultural, and entrepreneurial spheres, including actress Ruby O. Fee and actor Matthias Schweighöfer. The evening concluded with a celebration that carried the energy of the day into the night.
But it was not just a celebration, the event underscored a shared belief: talent grows strongest when brought together in the right environment.
Some of our inspiring guests were Jan Kraume, Arda Saatci, Younes Zarou, Vivien Wysocki, and Lara Sophie Bothur.
For Factory Berlin, hosting Forbes marked a turning point in how our organization positions itself within the European startup landscape: moving from “a place where founders work” to “a place where companies are built.” The summit made that shift visible, this is the beginning of a new chapter for both Factory Berlin and Europe.
A special thank you to everyone involved including Forbes Swiss & Forbes Austria and all partners involved including Doerfert | Forbes Global Properties, MYTY, HEUKING, sly Berlin, Banijay Germany, influence.vision, ELED Tech GmbH, nine2one, JMES WORLD, All Voice AI, PitchLynk and wincent.ai.
Factory Berlin is proud to celebrate the success and impact of community-driven initiatives like the TEECH Inspiration Days, which took place from November 11-13.
The Inspiration Days are a dynamic 3-day event crafted by TEECH to connect a diverse community of educators, innovators, founders, creatives, and students.
Highlights:
We are so proud to see our network leading the conversation on digital transformation and actively shaping the future of innovation. Watch this space for more to come.
Sustainable innovation is more than an industry—it's the next frontier for global impact. It demands Tough Tech: founders and engineers driven by purpose and the desire to build a better future.
In Boston, at Tough Tech Week hosted by The Engine at MIT, we saw exactly where that future is being forged. Our CEO, Stefan Krause and PR manager Nora Rochlitzer were immersed in the convergence of groundbreaking research and entrepreneurial capital.
We toured labs across the prestigious MIT campus, celebrated world-changing ideas at the Planet Home Gala (and the announcement of the $1M Planet Home Prize!), and critically examined the next era of technology.
Stefan spoke on the central panel, "Will AI Be Good?", underscoring a vital truth: The challenge is not just in the technology, but in the collaboration that turns vision into actionable, sustainable change.
Revolutionizing Ownership: Art, Access, and Innovation Combined
JMES WORLD co-ownership empowers you to become more than a collector — you become a visionary.
Through our dynamic platform, viewers can instantly interact, explore, and invest — blurring the lines between physical presence and digital ownership.
At JMES, owning art is no longer passive — it's a statement of vision, collaboration, and radical access.
Learn moreThe Forbes Women's Summit 2025 at the Park Hyatt in Vienna was a masterclass in female power. The energy was electric, even before 9 a.m., with sharp, ambitious women ready to connect and get things done. The atmosphere right from the beginning was welcoming, but also fierce and inspiring. Vanessa absolutely crushed the opening; the nude painting class anecdote got everyone warmed up and underscored the theme of fearless authenticity. From the fast-paced, 15-minute power talks to the concurrent focused workshops, the day was structured for maximum impact and minimal fluff.
The experience went beyond the main stage, becoming an elite networking event where powerful women exchanged big ideas, hard-won stories, and strategic encouragement. Forbes ensured the details matched the quality of the content: attendees scored Forbes 30 Under 30 Mikado sets, and the speakers' lounge featured luxe touches like mini Prada and Armani perfumes. The Summit was a massive win—a high-energy reminder of the sheer talent, supportive muscle, and disruptive potential of the women in our community. We can't wait for the next one.
We're thrilled to announce a new chapter for Factory Network. Our founder, Udo Schlömer, will be joined by Stefan Krause, who is stepping in as our new CEO and partner. This leadership change isn't just about a personnel shift; it marks the start of a bold new strategic direction and vision.
Stefan's experience makes him uniquely suited to lead Factory Network. He was a board member at BMW and Deutsche Bank before launching electric car startups in both California and Germany. His blend of scaling experience, financial and technological expertise, and work on high-performance platforms will be instrumental in leading our next phase of growth.
Our new brand promise, "From Talent to Legend," captures our focus. From now on, we will consistently align our actions around talent—people with the courage to pursue big ideas, bridge disciplines, and drive meaningful progress. As Stefan puts it, "With the unlimited possibilities of AI, the question today is no longer what we can technically create. The question is rather how we can create something sustainable and lasting from it. I see Factory as a community and a place where talents achieve just that."
